Family-Owned Early Childhood Education & Child Care Center
For 20 years, families across Stillwater have trusted Little Victories to care for their children with warmth, skill, and consistency. They choose us for our 100+ years of combined teaching experience, 4-Star Parent Aware Rating, and flexible scheduling for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. We're a close-knit team on a big mission: helping every child feel safe, seen, and celebrated.
Little Victories is a safe, clean facility equipped with the latest security features. We have closed circuit cameras in every classroom, large motor room and playgrounds along with key card entry to our classrooms. Licensed by the state of Minnesota, we go above required standards to ensure children are safe and cared for when they are in the facility.
Our Experienced Child Care Staff Implements a Theme-Based Curriculum
Little Victories holds Minnesota’s highest 4-Star Parent Aware rating, using an NAEYC-aligned, theme-based curriculum. Lead Teachers focus on five key developmental areas: physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and creative.
Classrooms follow structured daily routines alongside weekly posted lesson plans to keep parents connected. However, staff adapt schedule and curriculum daily to embrace teachable moments and individual learning paces. Ultimately, Little Victories provides a fun, welcoming environment designed to engage both young minds and bodies.
Our professional Child Care team has an educational background and experience in psychology, art, communications, Spanish, early childhood and elementary education and are dedicated to providing quality care to your children. They have a passion for teaching and an appreciation for the joys of childhood!
Kami
CENTER DIRECTOR
Kami has been with Little Victories since 2014 and has worked in every classroom. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish degree. She is a versatile educator who understands child development and is dedicated to helping children make the most of their formative years. She believes in professional development and supporting our staff and families as they navigate day-to-day challenges of early childhood education and care. She has two children of her own and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
Crystal
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Crystal joined Little Victories in 2013 and serves as one of our Assistant Directors. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Metropolitan State University and holds the MnAEYC Early Childhood Director Credential. Crystal enjoys watching the children learn, grow and thrive. In her free time, she enjoys
traveling, learning new skills and spending time with her family and friends.
Cecelia
ASISTANT DIRECTOR
Cecelia joined Little Victories in 2023. She plays a dual role as Assistant Director and Lead PreK Teacher. Throughout her 10 plus years in childcare, she has gained valuable classroom and administrative experience supporting children and families in our community.
Sheng
LOVELY LADYBUGS
(INFANT 1)
Sheng joined us in January of 2023. She loves working with infants because they
grow so much in the first year and she loves to see how they develop. Sheng is a
nurturer, in tune to each baby’s needs, always supporting their development and
enjoying their uniqueness! In her free time, she loves scrapbooking and spending
time with her 2 daughters and husband.
Jasmine
WIGGLY WORMS
(INFANT 2)
Jasmine joined Little Victories in October of 2022. She is a loving and devoted caregiver that truly enjoys figuring out what works for each individual child. She loves that the little ones in her class are always so curious and busy – learning something new every day! When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two children doing farm work, playing video games, and reading.

See has been with Little Victories since 2013 and has worked in every age group.
She loves kids and has a knack for making them smile. She is a patient and diligent
caregiver that wants the best for every child. In her spare time, See enjoys
hanging out with her friends and her family, which includes three daughters.
Mary
Busy Bees
(TODDLER 2)
Mary joined Little Victories in May of 2023. She has almost 10 years of experience
in early childhood education. She loves seeing the kids have fun and take on new
responsibilities. She believes in her kids and loves to see the pride in their eyes
when they accomplish something new! When she is not working, she likes to read
and go on walks with her two daughters and husband.
Nina
Delightful Dragonflies
(Preschool 1)
Nina has been teaching preschool with LV since 2013. She has earned her CDA and loves to learn new things to bring into the classroom. What she enjoys most about working with children is seeing them get excited when they learn something new. She is a skilled teacher with a gentle touch; everyone loves Miss Nina! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two boys and going to concerts.
Pam
Creative Crickets
(Preschool 2)
Pam joined Little Victories in 2015. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree. Pam enjoys working with children because they are so excited to learn and soak everything in like little sponges! She is particularly adept at helping children with sensory issues and takes pride in getting to know what makes each of the children in her class tick. Pam is a talented artist that loves to paint in her spare time.
Cecelia
Fabulous Fireflies
(Pre – Kindergarten)
Cecelia comes to LV with over 10 years of experience in the childcare field. She
has been with us since April 2023. She is a loving caregiver that balances play,
structure, and Kindergarten preparation to encourage every child’s development
and success. She loves working with children because what they learn today helps shape the world tomorrow. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time
with her husband and their three children.
Rates
Little Victories understands that finding a childcare in a setting where you feel peace of mind is a challenge and that every family has unique needs. That is why we offer top notch services along with the most flexible rates in the St. Croix Valley. We offer a
pay only when present menu of hourly, daily and weekly rates. We take equal pride in providing excellent care and not overcharging for that care!
We do not require you to pay for a minimum or set number of days each week. While we offer traditional plan rates, our families overwhelmingly choose our
Flex Plan! This allows them to cancel their reserved time (by 6 am, day of) for any reason and not have to pay for that day. If grandpa wants to watch the kids, mom decides to take a day off, or your little one has a fever, just inform us by 6 am that you will not need care that day and you do
not
have to pay for that day. It is our pay only when present philosophy and it saves our families a lot of money! We
believe you should not have to pay for care that you do not receive. It is that simple.
Along with private pay we happily accept CCAP and Parent Aware Pathway I scholarship recipients as well as Wisconsin Shares Child Care Subsidy.

Schedules
Scheduled time may be submitted anytime in advance and may be set up to recur weekly. All reservations are subject to availability. If your recurring reservation is already approved, then your little one is guaranteed a spot for that scheduled time every week! Families will be billed for the time that they scheduled plus any additional time their child spends in the center. With our Flex Plan, scheduled time may be cancelled or changed up to 6:00 am on the day of the service to avoid being charged. (A voice mail may be left the night before).

Email: Submitted to reservations@lvictories.com. Families will receive a confirmation via email between the hours of 7:30 and 4:00 Monday through Friday. Additionally, requests will be confirmed frequently at night and over weekends.

Payments
The preferred method of payment is Tuition Express. Clients who are unable to use Tuition Express must pre-pay for all services. Little Victories accepts cash, checks, Visa, MC, and Discover. Tuitions are due the Monday after the week of attendance.
Registration Information
We have no registration fee; however, we require the first week’s tuition as a deposit in order to hold the spot for you. This deposit is nonrefundable if you decide you no longer need care but will be used toward tuition when your child begins attending.
Enrollment packets will be provided upon confirmation of availability. We are happy to give tours of our facility, have you meet the staff, and answer any questions you may have. Please inquire at 651-439-0799
