Frequently Asked Questions

What forms do I need to fill out for my child’s initial visit?

Upon the first visit, parents will need to fill out the Student Registration Form, Child’s Immunization Form (a copy of the child’s immunizations is acceptable).  An Emergency card is also needed which is available at the center. A Health Care Summary is also required, however, we are able to request one from your health care provider on your behalf on your initial visit.

Do I need to specify the exact time I will return?

No, one of the benefits of our center is there is no penalty when you are running behind, unless of course, it is closing time!

Can I make a reservation?

With our recurring reservation option, parents can create a new schedule each week and still only pay for the hours they use. This is a perfect fit for full time and part-time working parents. Reservations for 3 or more hours may be made at anytime. If the time requested is less than 3 hours the reservation may be made 24 hours in advance.
